Mattie + Craig :: Rutherford Ranch

To know Mattie, is to love Mattie! I knew from our first call when she told me she had to like her planner because we were basically going to be best friends for a year, she GOT IT! Mattie and Craig are high school sweethearts and they KNOW how to live life to the fullest. They work hard, play hard and don’t sweat the small stuff – and they are also amazing parents to the sweetest pup, Dos. They wanted a wedding that embodied the South Texas Ranch Sunset vibe….lucky for me I have experienced 20+ years of it!

Mattie and Craig wed at her grandfather’s ranch, a GORGEOUS property that provided the perfect backdrop to their “welcoming elegance” feel. Botanical No. 9 killed the floral design (seriously, Mattie approved her mockup in 3 seconds) and made the ranch feel soft, feminine and beautiful.

They danced, they dined, they drank and they partied the night away – it was a fabulous October evening! What more could you want? How about the coolest MOB, Nancy. Thank you for being as much fun as your daughter, and surprising us with this Paper City feature, you are the best!
