Planning and designing a wedding for one of the hottest handbag designers in Texas was a bit intimidating…and then I met her mama, the QUEEN OF DETAILS and it got real. Kelly and Pam are a dynamic duo and they KNOW how to host a fabulous party. We all had the best time making Kelly’s “Classic with a Twist” vision come to life! Every choice was made with careful consideration, always thinking of the guests’ experience first and foremost.

The entirety of Austin Country Club was transformed! Each room had it’s own look and feel! Walt’s room hand candy chandeliers, lion statues (frat nod) and a groom’s cake that showcased all his favorite things in small town Texas. The sake sake boom boom room was a huge hit – and guests could take home custom monogrammed sake cups after they did their sake bomb! Chef Bob really outdid himself by recreating dishes from Kelly and Walt’s favorite restaurants PERFECTLY. We even had a nod to Kelly’s alma mater Ole Miss with drinks in red solo cups at The Grove station!

The photos speak for themselves, but this was one fabu (a total Pam word of approval) party!!!! Kelly and Pam – THANK YOU! You trusted me from day one and pushed creativity out of ever pore. You made me a better planner and designer and brought out the best of me.
